By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

• Use the virtual try-on service and buy credits

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not use the Site in any way that could harm or interfere with others' use of the Site
• Be at least 15 years old

Try Mee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, databases, and code, is the property of Try Mee or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

AI-generated content and recommendations on the Site are also protected under these terms.

5. Virtual try-on service

The virtual try-on generates an image showing a garment on a photo you provide. By using it, you agree to the following rules:

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have clearly given you their consent. Never upload photos of children or of other minors.
• Do not upload or generate unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, violent or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• You must have the right to use the garment images you submit. You grant TryMee a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photos and these images only in order to provide the service to you.
• You are responsible for the photos and images you submit.

Generated images are illustrations produced by artificial intelligence. They are approximate and may not reflect the real fit, size, colour, fabric or appearance of a product. They do not guarantee how a garment will look or fit.

Requests that our AI provider's safety filters refuse, or that fail for technical reasons, are not charged: the credits used are automatically refunded.

Product images taken from other companies' websites (for example when you use our browser extension) belong to those companies or to their photographers. TryMee uses them only to generate your try-on, for your personal use. We delete them from our servers 30 days after the try-on, and we do not publish them, sell them or use them for any other purpose. Do not publish the results or use them for commercial purposes.

If you are a rights holder (a brand, a shop, a photographer or a person shown in an image) and you believe that content hosted by TryMee infringes your rights, write to contact@trymee.eu with the address of the page concerned, a description of the content and proof of your rights. We examine every request and promptly remove content that is manifestly unlawful.

6. Credits, prices and payment

The virtual try-on works with credits:

• A try-on of a single garment uses 1 credit. A full outfit try-on (several garments) uses 2 credits.
• Credit packs and their prices are shown in euros before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Credits do not expire. They are personal, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Free credits offered at sign-up or during promotions have no cash value.
• Credits used for a successful try-on are not refunded. Credits used for a try-on that fails are refunded automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Credits are digital content supplied immediately: when you buy credits, you ask us to make them available right away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once they are added to your account. We ask for your express agreement with a checkbox before every payment.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected may be used for:

• Providing the virtual try-on and managing credits
• Providing AI-generated recommendations
• Customer support and communications
• Compliance with legal obligations

8. Limitation of Liability

Try Mee makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Site but is not responsible for:

• Interruptions, errors, or omissions on the Site
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Site
• Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

9. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Try Mee is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

10. Modifications to Terms

Try Mee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
