4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Strictly necessary operation: keep you signed in, secure forms, remember your language and your choices (no consent required)
- Audience measurement with a tool we host ourselves (Rybbit), only if you accept analytics
Only strictly necessary cookies are set until you choose. You can change your choices at any time on the page linked below or in your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

Under applicable law (including the GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request correction or deletion of your data

You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07) or the relevant data protection authorities.
8. Virtual try-on, your photos and AI
The virtual try-on lets you see how a garment could look on you. To provide it, we process the images you submit.
This includes:
- The photos of yourself ("models") that you upload or take with your camera
- The images of the garments you choose and, when you use the browser extension or paste a link, the address (URL) and title of the product page
- The try-on images generated from these photos, and the name you give to each try-on
- Your credit balance and the history of credits bought, used and refunded
Merchants who use Shopify can install our try-on button on their product pages. When you use that button on a merchant's store, your photo and the garment image are processed as described in this section to generate the try-on.
When you use the browser extension, the garment image comes from the website of the shop you are visiting and may show a model. We use it only to generate your try-on: we do not analyse or identify the person shown. We delete shop images from our servers 30 days after the try-on; the try-on keeps the result, the product title and the link to the page.
To generate a try-on, your photo and the garment image are sent to Google Cloud (Vertex AI), our AI service provider, which processes them on our behalf solely to produce the result.
Google processes your photos and the garment images on our behalf. According to Google's terms for Vertex AI, it does not use them to train its models without our permission, which we have not given. Google may keep them for a short time (for example in a temporary cache) and may use them to detect abuse, as its terms describe.
Some members of the Try Mee team can see your photos. The photos you upload (your models), the try-on images generated from them and your profile details (username, email, date of birth and gender) are visible to our authorised administrators in our back office. They look at them only when needed to: help you with a request or a technical problem, check a report of abuse or unlawful content, handle a rights holder's removal request, and keep the service secure. We do not review photos systematically, we do not show them to other users (the exceptions are a try-on made on a partner shop's page, and a try-on of yours that you choose to share with a public link: it shows only the result image and its name, and you can turn the link off at any time) and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
Access is limited to the few authorised team members who need it for these purposes, and they are bound by confidentiality. The legal bases are described in section 2. You can object to this processing or ask us to delete your photos at any time (see section 7).
We do not use your photos for facial recognition or to identify you.
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can delete your models and your try-on results at any time from your account (My models and My gallery). You can also ask us to delete your account and all associated data at contact@trymee.eu.
9. Credits and payments
Credit purchases are paid through Stripe, which processes your payment on a secure page. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of each transaction (credit pack, amount, date and credits granted) to provide your credits, handle support requests and meet our accounting obligations.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will always indicate the latest version.
